Product Description			This product is designed to detect the activity for variety of kinases (see Table 1) and screening the inhibitors of the corresponding kinase. The assay kit is non-radioactive but colorimetric. The principle of the assay is that: The kinase substrates is immobilized onto the 96-well plate. The kinases use ATP to phosphorylate the substrate on the plate. The phosphorylated product is detected by the phosphor-substrate specific antibodies. See figure1 for the principle illustration.
